With drunken shenanigans and debauchery being all the rage these days, it was only a matter of time before Hollywood cranked out a comedy featuring, older, grumpier men who head to the city of sin for a wild night.

Michael “I’m still alive” Douglas is currently leading the cast of Last Vegas, in a film that has a stag night going presumably awry.

Douglas will play the role of a playboy, who has finally decided to settle down with his trophy wife, before he himself atrophies, but of course, he’s going to need the mother of all Bachelor nights in order to seal the deal.

Along with his three best friends, the quartet jets into Vegas, but things soon take a turn for the worse when old wounds and loves resurface between them.

Jon Turtletaub is directing, with a script from Dan “Crazy, Stupid, Love” Fogelman, that has had a few re-scribes from Adam Brooks and Alan Yang. Douglas will be in front of cameras come September, once he done playing portraying an iconic musician, in the Steven Soderbergh film, Liberace.
