Move aside Hansel and Gretel! You’re not the only people that happen to be in the business of putting down witches, warlocks, hobgoblins and all sorts of mystically-related threats and menaces!
There’s some new game in town, and he’s looking to Tokyo drift across the faces of the underworld, as Vin Diesel is in talks to be The Last Witch Hunter.
Written by Cory Goodman, The Last Witch Hunter finds Diesel as a final line of defense in a world inhabited by, well, witches. He’s the best there is at what he does, and what he does ain’t pretty.
The project has been simmering in a cauldron for a while now, with Timur “I’m obsessed with trains and axes” Bemambetov attached at one point to produce and direct.
He hopped off the gig for something a little more Lincoln-orientated though, leaving Breck Eisner in charge. Diesel himself is in negotiations to join the film, straight after he finishes terrorising the universe in the third Riddick film and pissing the Rock off for a second time in Fast 6.
