There's something wrong with that horse in this new LONE RANGER trailer

I’m a huge sucker for western films. From Clint Eastwood asking pertinent questions revolving around a request to whistle Dixie, to John Wayne informing people that they need 100% more lead in their hands, I love ’em.

So I’m more than excited for a big budget version of the Lone Ranger. My only concern though? That this will be less silver bullets, and more of a one man Tonto show. Can the new trailer for that film ease those fears? See for yourself, Kemosabe.

Now that’s more like it. Director Gore Verbinksi has obviously crafted something slick and fast paced here, and it’s great to see Armie Hammer stand on equal footing with Johnny Depp’s enigmatic Tonto.

The Lone Ranger is out next July, and also stars Tom Wilkinson, William Fichtner, Barry Pepper, James Badge Dale, Ruth Wilson, and Helena Bonham Carter.

And a horse with some serious issues.

Didn’t expect it to look as good as it does, I just hope that they haven’t shown me all the action sequences in that film.
