Get your hands bloody with these new images for OLYMPUS HAS FALLEN

Despite what that funny gypsy lady down the road told me about that tall dark stranger I’ll soon meet (holding thumbs for Shaquille O’Neil!), nobody can really predict the future. However, when it comes to 2013 I think it’s safe to say that Barack Obama’s joint is getting blown the hell up, as we find not one, but two films both dealing with terrorists taking over the White House.

First of the two out the gates will be Antoine Fuqua’s Olympus Has Fallen, which will see Gerard Butler kicking Koreans in the face and exclaiming “This! Is! 1600 PENNSYLVANIA!”

We’ve already seen the explosive trailer, and now we have 6 new images for the film.

When the White House (Secret Service Code: “Olympus”) is captured by a terrorist mastermind and the President (Aaron Eckhart) is kidnapped, disgraced former Presidential guard Mike Banning (Gerard Butler) finds himself trapped within the building. As our national security team scrambles to respond, they are forced to rely on Banning’s inside knowledge to help retake the White House, save the President, and avert an even bigger disaster.

Just for the record, I also have no idea who that black man is or what he is pointing at. I’m going with Aaron Eckhart’s chin, that’s always attracted my attention.

Olypmus Has Fallen opens internationally on March 22, 2013.

It’s pretty presidential. I’m looking forward to seeing Aaron Eckhart’s chin in this movie.
