With West back in action as Doctor Manhattan’s attention shifts to the DCU, it’s time then to settle an age-old debate: Who’s the better Flash? At its core, DC’s upcoming crossover between its primary heroes and those of the Watchmen universe, is a clash that involves the ideas of hope colliding with that of pessimism.
