Holy looming deadlines Kervyn! Can it be? A show that redefined @so bad it’s actually good@, finally remastered and released on Blu-Ray DVD? Well old chum, steady yourself and grab some Nick-repellent, because the classic Batman series from the groovy and pointless decade of the the 1960s is headed your way.
Here’s your first look at a better version of the show, as opposed to all those dodgy VHS tapes you kept that were set to long-play mode so that you could stretch that format out to its fullest:
I’ve got a lot of love for this show. It was silly, off the wall and about as grim as a rainbow. But it was a product of its time, when the world was a bit more optimistic. That, and I always giggle at the fact that Cesar Romero refused to shave his moustache for his role as the Joker and would rather just plaster his top lip with more grease paint.
The Blu-Ray set will contain all 120 episodes, with more details to be revealed at Comic Con later this month. Adam West, Burt Ward and Julie Newmar will all be there for the launch as well.

Saw a few on youtube , if anything Adam West dancing was the most funniest thing I saw, still actaully would get this since anything Batman has me sold.

There are few things on this planet as effortlessly entertaining as the Adam West Batman series. This will make a great Xmas gift from myself to myself, I think.
