Ethan Hawke is set to star in Vigilandia, a film that is surprisingly not about a super-hero themed amusement park.

Described as a futuristic thriller, the film is being produced by Blumhouse Productions, Platinum Dunes and Why Not Productions for Universal studios, while plot details are being kept in quadruple-deca probation levels of secrecy.

Scheduled to begin shooting on February 13, the film will see Hawke and Director Jason Blum, who previously worked together on Sinister. Blum, who was the force behind the mega-profitable film Paranormal Activity, has teamed up with scribe James DeMonaco and producers Michael Bay, Brad Fuller and Andrew Form.

Something wrong gentlemen? You come here prepared to read the words of a madman, and instead found a lunatic obsessed with comics, Batman and Raul Julia’s M Bison performance in the 1994 Street Fighter movie? Fine! Keep your bio! In fact, now might be a good time to pray to it!
