Last year NBC brought Constantine to our screens and fans all around the world were excited to see their demon hunting hero get his very own show. Their joy was short-lived however as the show received mixed reviews –  with the majority of unfavorable critics leading to the show coming to an end after its first season.

This was sad news to the masses that actually enjoyed the show, declaring their desire to keep Constantine on air. If you were one of those fans that had a yearning to see this character remain on air then you will be happy to see that Matt Ryan will make a return on this season’s Arrow.

The CW have released a short trailer giving us a taste of the master of the occult’s return in the upcoming episode entitled “Haunted” and it’s here for you to enjoy below:

“On with the show” is something that fans of Constantine must have been waiting to hear, even though that show is not to be his own. Who knows, this might lay down the foundation for more cameos from the character in the future.

In the meantime here are some more photos to enjoy from the “Haunted” episode.

Pity Constantine ended, though I thought the “over arching story” needed to be brought home much sooner rather than focussing on it being more of a “procedural weekly crime fighting” series like it felt. It was almost CSI with magic rather than science…hope the cameos can be good enough to breathe life back into that series!
