Time doesn't matter for these new DOCTOR WHO trailers and pictures

The thing with time, is that it doesn’t operate on a linear perspective. Time isn’t a straight line. It’s wibbly wobbly. And in keeping with that timey-wimey theme, these rather late new trailers for Doctor Who should keep the spirit of that cinematic BBC show alive quite well.

Doctor Who returns next week Saturday, and a day later on BBC Entertainment locally. Here’s a look at the first such episode which will be hitting our screens soon, The Bells of St John. On which I shall elaborate further. ELABORATE!

First off, here’s a prequel written by the current mastermind of the revived show himself, Stevn Moffat. The third rule of the Doctor is that he can most definitely swing higher than you ever can.

And now for the main course. Four episodes have titles already for the remainder of series seven, and here’s the official synopsis from the Beeb about what the next episode in the saga of the timelord will be all about:

The Doctor’s search for Clara Oswald brings him to modern day London, where wifi is everywhere. Humanity lives in a wifi soup. But something dangerous is lurking in the signals, picking off minds and imprisoning them. As Clara becomes the target of this insidious menace, the Doctor races to save her and the world from an ancient enemy.

And of course, here’s the trailer for that episode:

And because I’m feeling super-duper generous, here’s a whole gallery of these really official images for the show:

Man, I cannot wait for the show to resume. It’s the fiftieth year of existence for the Doctor, and there’s still a ton of mysteries to uncover. Like how long it took the Daleks to finally defeat their most hated foe: Stairs.

Do you have any idea the level of willpower I’m currently exerting to not click on any of the trailers, as I want to go into this season completely fresh?
