We’re currently in the US Fall TV season, which means that we’re up to our necks in brand new TV series. We’ve already had a couple breakouts (Blindspot, Quantico) and a few that looked doomed to an early death (Minority Report, Scream Queens), but there’s one that’s yet to arrive that I’m probably more excited about than all the rest combined: The Man in the High Castle.

Based on a critically acclaimed book from Phillip K. Dick and produced by Ridley Scott, Amazon’s adaptation is set in alternate timeline 1960’s USA in which the Axis won WWII and German and Japan now rule America. The story follows a group of characters who discover a set of film reels (in the original novel, it was a series of articles) that seem to authentically show a world in which the Allies won WWII, and so set about trying to find out how this could be possible. And it looks amazing!

Amazon released the first episode of the show as part of their Pilot Season earlier in the year, where people could vote on which show should be picked up for a full run, and the pilot for The Man in the High Castle became Amazon’s most-watched program since they started the online streaming service. And based on these two new trailers that were recently released for the show, it’s easy to see why.

Check them out below!

The Man in the High Castle stars  Alexa Davolos, Rufus Sewell, DJ Qualls, Luke Kleintank and Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa. The show’s full 10-episode first season will debut on Amazon Prime on November 20.
