Colin Farrell may be bombing at the box office right now, with a Total Recall remake that is all style and no substance, but at least his year will end on a high note, thanks to work in the upcoming film Seven Psychopaths.

It’s a reunion of sorts, as Farrell teams up with his In Bruges director Martin McDonaugh to tell the tale of a dog-napping gang that gets into a little bit of trouble, when they abduct a pooch from the wrong, bloodthirsty guy.

Written and Directed by Oscar-winner Martin McDonagh , the comedy “Seven Psychopaths” follows a struggling screenwriter (Colin Farrell) who inadvertently becomes entangled in the Los Angeles criminal underworld after his oddball friends (Christopher Walken and Sam Rockwell) kidnap a gangster’s (Woody Harrelson) beloved Shih Tzu.

Ah Christopher Walken, you make can make anything awesome, and that includes passive-resistace as well. Seven Psychopaths stars Colin Farrell, Christopher Walken, Sam Rockwell, Woody Harelson, Abbie Cornish, Olga Kurylenko, and Tom Waits, and has given me an idea to make some quick cash.

In Bruges was really where I started taking Collin Farrell seriously, so you already had me there. But Sam Rockwell, Christopher Walken and Woody Harrelson as well? When can I buy my ticket?!

Good cast. I just hope the trailer isn’t more clever than the movie…
