Boyenetta has become the latest title to be added to the list of games that are getting pushed to 2010.
With Bioshock 2 and Red Dead Redemption already sitting with 2010 releases, the list of games being pushed to 2010 is growing. Does this mean that 2009 is going to look bleak? Of course not, if anything it means that we will be able to space out our purchases a little better.
So then, was it a smart move? More after the jump.
Missing the end of year shopping frenzy has always been seen as a bad idea but with tons and tons of amazing titles being released at the end of the year, many developers are starting to target the following years dry season instead.
I don’t know about you, but if I was a developer I really wouldn’t like my fresh title sitting on a shelf next to copies of Modern Warfare 2.

Its good in a sense that it will be easier on our wallets.. but we will have to eventually dish out the same amount of cash in 2010.

As long as more time in development leads to a better game, I don’t care how long they take (within reason)

Does Alan Wake also fall under that arguement?
