In the 80’s Nintendo nearly single-handedly resurrected the home console market after the fateful, ET and Pac-man induced crash of ‘83. If you’re like me, you grew up on a steady diet of all things Nintendo. Games like Double Dragon, Mega Man, Mario and the notoriously difficult Battletoads helped coin the term “Nintendo Hard,” which, surprisingly, isn’t a description of my elevated excitement when I hear that Shigeru Miyamoto’s working on a new game.
