Bad news for South Africans: No Penny Arcade game for us

Last night I was browsing around on XBL marketplace and I saw that the new Penny Arcade game: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness was available!

It is 1600 points, which isn’t bad considering its not your standard arcade game. But when I tried to download the trial I was given the message that the game is not available in our region!

I was really looking forward to trying this game out, but now we will have to take extra measures to download the game. Should we do what we always do and blame Germany?

Ya, Why not. Damn you Germany.

    Darn Krauts 😈

I’m a very Sad Panda about it. But I guess it helps me focus on finishing GTA4.

Ah for Christ sake! You know if Microsoft are not going to do a proper job of Xbox in SA why did they release it here?
Definitely not getting their next console. No I just wish Sony would stop stuffing around and give me ingame XBM, I mean hello it’s been 1 and half years about already. When that day does come I will hang up my Xbox controllers.

I downloaded the PC version last night, played around for about 5 minutes just to see what it’s about. It looks very funny, and the way they implemented the classic PA style of art into the game is pretty damn cool.

    Expect a review soon.

I bought it off http://www.playgreenhouse.com/ yesterday, and I’m very happy with the 20 dollars I spent. As a PA fan, I am not disappointed. As a gamer, I am not disappointed.

how long is the game? At 1600 points I do feel a bit worried that it might be very short.
