Taken 3 is going to be awesome...

October and November are going to hit our wallets harder than an entire room of WWE finishing moves performed for real, but you can bet your headset that Call of Duty is going to rake in some serious cash this year, once again. Love it or hate it, the game sells well on an annual basis, and has its fair share of fans, people who can’t wait for it to arrive. Much like one duo of hackers, who’ve ripped an early build of the upcoming Black Ops 2, and are tinkering around with it right now.

Xbox 360 modder iHc James has ripped and modified an early version of the title, with Activision confirming to Kotaku that a hacked development demo build had been used. It only contains a fraction of a multiplayer stage, but it’s no doubt got Activision and developer Treyarch hot under the collar, as they prepare to lawyer the hell out of the illegal tampering with their product.

The video has since been removed however, and for good cause. Besides being a slap in the face to the people who worked hard on creating Black Ops 2, it also contained some truly horrendous wub wub music behind it.

The sad news though, is that thanks to this thievery, Black Ops 2 will most likely have a score of mods and cheats available when it launches, with Activision and Treyarch burning the midnight oil to resolve and patch these exploits.
