Doom 4 - PC/360 Exclusive

Doom is one of true FPS founders and when the original game was released it redefined a genre with some much needed blood, guts and horror.

However I have to admit that I was never the biggest Doom fan and I can’t even recall right now if I have ever played Doom 3. So when I get a tip this morning that Doom 4 has been announced as a 360/PC exclusive I wasn’t really to phased.

Can Doom 4 drag ID back into the limelight? We’ll have to wait and see.

Doom 3 is still the best FPS I played on the PC. Theres two Burmak like bosses in there. And the rest all is hell 😈

Doom 3 was rubbish – they’ll need to give it a massive overhaul for me to get remotely interested in this.

Doom3 was awesome. A nice run and gun type game.

Oh BTW doesn’t that pic look like Quake4?

    Lol.

Funny that. There are no exclusive FP FPS on 360 this year. It’s Sony that’s screaming about Haze, SOCOM, Resistance and Killzone.

Doom 3 was awesome. Only my pc couldnt run it properly coz it’s a pile of crap. Still enjoyed playing it though. Looking forward to popping 4 into my xbox and running it in HD no problems. Hooray!

Very true, i guess sony is playing catch up as the only decent FPS i have played was resistance. I didnt know SOCOM was a FPS. But lets not forget Gears of War 2 and now with supposedly DOOM and Duke nukem its madness.

FPS are fun but not the best I just get the feeling MS puts a lot of weight behind FPS (i.t.o marketing) just look at Halo and Gears of War. Resistance and Killzone i will consider but i would much rather see some sort of news about something like GoW 3!

so was GOW. i guess there was a fps option but the interface lacked heavily when toggled, much like a racing game viewed from the front bumper of the car.

There are only two types of people in this world: those who love DOOM, and scum.
