Wii gamers will have one really cool action-packed fighting game coming their way in Tatsunoko Vs Capcom: Ultimate All Stars. Its said to be released later this year, almost a full year after its Japanese release.
The newer version however features a total of five new characters over the original although it has ‘supersub’d’ one of the Tatsunoko characters (Hakushon Daimao).
The title will feature online multiplayer support, enhanced story mode and some extra mini games.
Some of the characters you can expect to see from Tatsunoko are: Ken the Eagle, Jun the Swan (Science Ninja Team Gatchaman), Yatterman, Doronjo (Yatterman), Casshan, Tekkaman, Polymar, Karas, Ippatsuman and Gold Lightan.
Now I don’t know about you but most of those names meant absolutely nothing to me however here are the familiar Capcom characters: Chun Li and Ryu, who as you should know are from Street Fighter. There are also characters from other games like Batsu (Rival Schools), Alex (Street Fighter III), Morrigan (Darkstalkers), Soki (Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams), Mega Man Volnutt (Mega Man Legends), Roll (Mega Man), Saki (Quiz Nanairo Dreams), Viewtiful Joe (Viewtiful Joe) and PTX-40A (Lost Planet).
Players will have to select two characters from the roster to play in rotation between each match. Oh and the game itself is compatible with the Remote and Nunchuk, Classic Controller or GameCube Controller.
It all sounds pretty cool and I’m sure Wii fans will dig it deep but personally I can’t wait to get my hands on Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 & hopefully one day… MvsC3!
but go check out the trailer for Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom
