The community had massive hopes for Epic Mickey when it was first announced and showcased but then as time wore on and we saw more and more of the title we started to get a little uncomfortable and when the game was finally released it wasn’t terrible… but it wasn’t the epic game we had hoped it would be.
However it looks like Disney would like a do-over and is currently planning on releasing Epic Mickey 2 which is going to be a split screen co-op title with Mickey and his paint thinning abilities back and now joined by his older brother Oswald, who is a rabbit, who has a special electricity attack ability.
Some possible box art and titles have been leaked from an online marketing survey so so while nothing has been formally announced it’s pretty obvious something is coming and will be called either
- Epic Mickey 2: Return of the Mad Doctor
- Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two (my favourite)
- Epic Mickey 2: Mystery on Mean Street
- Epic Mickey 2
Epic Mickey 2 is apparently coming to the Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360
