European Sales Figures – Week Ending 13 January 2008

It seems that the PS3 is cementing itself in Europe now and the 360 is slowly losing ground. Granted the Wii is still dominating everything but I do think it is about time that Microsoft attempt to change this.

Here are the Total European hardware sales for the week

Wii  – 82,428
PS3 – 57,455
360 – 49,888

However what is interesting is that in the “Other” category that we fall into the 360 is dominating everything and is 10 000 units ahead of the PS3 and the Wii has only moved 2,010 units…. I guess we are not high on the priority list for Wii consoles.

I can’t seem to find the software sales this morning for Europe so we will just have to presume the status quo has remained unchanged I guess…

    PS3 os realy making a comeback.. As soon as PS3 gets some more AAA titles ( this year ) software should jump up as well

    That is pending what Msoft does. If Msoft gives the Xbox a price-cut, things can change. Look what it did for the PS3
