1. Kinect? No one wants it. Exclude it already and sell the console cheaper.
2. Skype? Good luck finding any one who cares about Skype.
3. Cloud? You mean dedicated servers? The ones that cost a fortune to run and gets turned of as soon as they feel like it. XBOX gold account will at least keep the money rolling in even though you already paid for TitanFall.
