Gamespot.com published an article saying that CliffyB had confirmed that Gears of War 2 was going to be developed.
Now Mark Rein has replied on the official Epic forums saying it’s not… actually though he didn’t say it wasn’t he just said Cliffy has not confirmed it.
So will there be a GOW2 or not? It doesn’t make a you a fortune teller to get this one right, obviously they are going to run with this franchise for years to come.
I am not sure why they are even bothering to deny it. We all know it’s coming… Maybe they have been told not to get in the way of the Halo 3 marketing machine this year?
The Gamespot article is wrong. Cliff didn’t confirm anything of the sort.
