After raving about this title at E3 and having a in-depth hands on I am very excited to report that Ubisoft has revealed that the multiplayer beta for Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is on course and set to launch sometime in January 2012.

The beta has also been planned as an Xbox 360 exclusive and that owners of the Splinter Cell: Conviction will get a early access pass. I assume it is going to be activated with the Splinter Cell disk somehow, but as of yet we still have no news on how this will exactly go down. Keep an eye on the site for more details on the beta, but in the meantime hit the jump for words from the senior community developer, Kimi Matsuzaki.

Kimi Matsuzaki recently spoke out on the games release and its planned beta on the games official website.

“We value our community’s feedback and we want to hear what they have to say about the game before it ships. We also see it as a great opportunity for players to get their hands on our innovative gameplay!”

“Since the game has been pushed to the beginning of 2012, the beta had to move as well & it is now planned for January 2012 a couple of months before the game ships.”

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is in development for almost every platform and will be available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, DS, PSP and PC.
