Fox1 just sent me a tip about a demo for GRiD hitting the PSN and Xbox Live this week.
This game has received a lot of hype and I am really looking forward to seeing if it can deliver on those promises. I unfortunately am away from my consoles until this afternoon, so you lucky people will know how cool it really is long before me.
Oh the above video is not an official CodeMasters video even though it is linked to from their site. I found it quite amusing but the first person who posts that it isn’t fair is going to get shipped off to America where parody is obviously not their strongpoint (judging by YouTube comments).
GRiD is coming to the PS3, 360, DS and PC soon….

I WANT to be excited about this, but i’m guessing that the demo is probably going to be over 1GB.

LOL! now that was funny! Great dig @ GT … I do prefer the slow sim style of GT than obnoxious racing cars but. Will check this one out

GRiD is going to the throw a spanner in the racing genre. I have high hopes for this game because it is the only major racing title for the 360 this year 😎
Just knowing the game is going to include Spa Francorchamps is more than enough and also the day to night racing is cool 💡

I couldn’t have said it better myself. If GRiD is DiRT with competitve cars, online play and street tracks it’s already better than any other racing game on the market.
