Buying a Playstation Plus subscription has been one of the best damn ideas I’ve had in years, and I’m the guy who patented a shotgun that blasts make-up onto your face. While I wait for the Barielle Bukkake Blaster to take off, I can grab some more free games next month on Playstation Plus. Here’s what’s on the way.

August 28 drops the following PlayStation 3 titles:

  • Assassin’s Creed 3
  • Jak & Daxter Trilogy ( Which includes Jak & Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, Jak 2, Jak 3)
  • Stealth Inc: A Clone in the Dark

And on PS Vita, you’ll be able to download these two games:

  • Urban Trial Freestyle
  • New Little King’s Story

In addition to that, members will get exclusive access to the Killzone Mercenary beta on Vita and the demo for Puppeteer on PS3. All those new games come at a price though. Leaving PS Plus this month will be Need for Speed Most Wanted, ICO and Shadow of the Colossus HD collection, Demon’s Souls, LEGO Lord of the Rings, and When Vikings Attack.

If you haven’t been able to grab those games, due to bandwidth or a burnt-out router, then remember, line themp up for download, pause them and you’ll be able to resume whenever you want. Which reminds me, I really need to finish downloading Demons Souls.

While I wasn’t exactly impressed with Assassin’s Creed 3, it’s still a high profile game on PS Plus. The Jak and Daxter Trilogy has my undivided attention more though, so I’ll queuing that up for download next week.

Something wrong gentlemen? You come here prepared to read the words of a madman, and instead found a lunatic obsessed with comics, Batman and Raul Julia's M Bison performance in the 1994 Street Fighter movie? Fine! Keep your bio! In fact, now might be a good time to pray to it!
