So, the Skyrim creation kit has finally rolled around this week, and after clogging the steam servers downloading it, fans have been going wild crafting everything from new lands to enemies that resemble Spider-Man on nightmare fuel.

Bethesda hinted at a surprise for those modders who downloaded the SCK, a treat that came in the form of a sumptuous HD texture pack, perfect for those of you who run PC rigs that resemble Borg cubes.

What Bethesda didn’t tell fans however, was that the SCK actually contained a double-surprise, in the shape of a familiar Space Core.

The “Fall of Space Core, Volume 1”, features a companion modelled after the iconic Steven-Merchant voiced Wheatley from Portal 2, and while it may not be the actual Wheatley drone, it at least resembles the beloved character.

Finding the little bugger provides players with a sidekick that loves to blab about space, constantly, but at least the space-core features a kickable surface, for when his droning becomes unbearable.

See for yourself in the video below.

Oh, the things that will crash-land into Tamriel these days.
