On Friday I posted up about the rumour doing the rounds that Sony were going to pull a Crackdown stunt and bundle a demo or Beta with Infamous, well it seems that for once we were spot on and that is exactly what they are planning on doing.
However this deal isn’t all roses for us as at the moment it only applies to the US version of inFamous however Sony Europe has promised that they have something in the pipeline for Europe and hopefully us as well.
The Halo 3 beta being bundled with Crackdown was a master stroke from Microsoft however I am not sure inFamous is going to see the same results to be honest.
But now there is no doubting that inFamous is going to be compared with Crackdown on every level. Let’s hope it’s up to the task.
