My carving skills are non existent but I am going to give this one a shot and if I get it right I promise to post it up.

That is a Raphanus sativus from the Brassicaceae family that was domesticated in Europe in pre-Roman times. They are grown and consumed throughout the world so finding one shouldn’t be a problem. 😛
