Look what we have here! It seems that the first Need for Speed: Undercover has been leaked and Kotaku claims that it is 100% legitimate.
Conceptually, the game is actually looking really promising. I like the fact that it seems as if EA have moved to FMV sequences with real actors as if it was a movie so it actually looks as though the game is going to have a campaign that revolves around a proper storyline this time around.
As far as I can tell, it looks as though the game might still be playing the illegal street racing card. I was hoping they were going to move away from it, but to be fair, I don’t mind as long as they put some effort into making the game fun and the cars handle well. I want to love the Need for Speed franchise again, so please, please, please… be awesome.
The release date seems set at November 18 2008.
