Nintendo Controllers Pulled from Shelves

Well this could be the next big headline that spreads around the world.

According to a US District Judge, Ron Clark, the Nintendo Wii classic controllers and Gamecube controllers did in fact breach a patent held by Anascape Ltd.

To stop their controllers being pulled from the shelves Nintendo will have to start putting all possible future royalties into a seperate account while they wait for the appeal to be heard?

But I don’t see Nintendo crying to much over this as it doesn’t affect the Wiimote or Nunchuck controllers.

I do believe Sony and MS were also involved in that suit but they decided to settle earlier.

Im not sure i didnt really read that far into the issue but from what i can remember its has something to do with the ergonomics or actull design/shape of the controllers.
