Sacred 2 – Looking For Some Decent Co-Op?

I have to be honest and say that this video does very little to impress me, that said, I am still interested in the game, and the reason is mostly that I am always on the lookout for a decent and lengthy co-operative experience.

I should also mention at this point that I am a huge fan of the Diablo series, and any knock-off will basically do until Diablo 3 comes out, and I know that I am not alone here. My only concern at the moment is how the controls are going to work out on the consoles. I got a little excited when I saw this video because it was described as a gameplay video, although they only show a few seconds of gameplay, whilst blasting some horrendous music that really just doesn’t fit.

The console version are set to have 4 player co-op, with the ability to also have two people play on one console. There will also be the ability to easily hop into someone’s multiplayer game and then jump back into your own whilst still keeping all your items and experience points. I sincerely hope that they don’t force us to only play with two connected consoles, because that would be a really silly move.

Sacred 2 should hit SA shelves on May 15th.
