While the first God of War collection brought the PS2 games to the Playstation 3, the God of War: Origins collection will instead be bringing the magnificent PSP games to the big screen.
So when can you get your hands on it? Sooner than you think.
According to the report, the God of War: Origins collection, which features Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta will be full kitted out with 3D support, super smooth 60FPS HD graphics and trophies.
It will hit US shelves on September 13 (and Japan on October 6), which is little over a month a bit away. The Origins collection will be available both on disc and digitally (even as separate downloads), although the retail version will include a bonus feature involving around an hour of staff interviews.
Doing a direct conversion from Japan’s Yen currency shows that the retail version of the game will be going for around R525.00, with the digital version selling for about R430.00. The individual digital copies of the game will be made available at about R240.00 each, and I really like that it’s being given as an option.
