Some LittleBigPlanet Statistics

LittleBigPlanet may have disappeared from the gaming charts recently but it’s still one of the top titles on the PS3 and has to date sold over two million units which is a solid return.

Some other interesting figures are that over 725 000 levels have now been created and released by the community.

The game itself has been played over 125 000 000 times by just under 2 million players while connected to PSN and these 2 million users have contributed to just over 4 million level comments.

LBP didn’t release with the expected bang but has been growing at a decent level over the past few months…

What a great game this is, and there are some uber levels being created out there. Of course there are also a lot of really crappy levels.

Well done to MM, this game deserves all it’s success.

It should start selling really well now.
The initial problem was the price.
Just bought it online and brand new for R360, a bargain. : )
