Microsoft’s released details of the impending Forza 4 collector’s edition and its content. the company’s confirmed that the CE will come in a steelbook case and will be accompanied by “Cars of Forza Motorsport 4 Presented by Top Gear,†a weighty 96 page tome edited by the Top Gears blokes that’ll include all sorts of car porn for the enthusiast. In addition to that, CE buyers will get access to the recently revealed 2012 BMW M5 within the game. The same car will also grace the CE’s cover.
The CE will also include a VIP Car Pack, containing :
- 2011 Bugatti Veyron Super Sport
- 2011 Ferrari 458 Challenge
- 2011 Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera
- 2010 Noble M600
- 2011 RUF Rt 12 R
Those who pre-order will also get a car pack containing the following cars…
- 1965 Ford Mustang GT Coupe
- 2011 Koenigsegg Agera
- 1997 Lexus SC300
- 2011 RUF RGT-8
- 2011 Tesla Roadster Sport
…but we’ve yet to get confirmation that they’ll be available to local buyers, or indeed if our local allotment of Collector’s Editions gets snatched back to fulfil an imaginary international exclusivity deal that may or may not actually exist. The Collector’s Edition will also include a handful of real-life vinyl stickers, and an Xbox 360 premium theme or two.
