You can actually purchase South African ones.
I don’t believe UK codes work in ZA accounts – but I could be wrong. you can pick up a year long PS+ sub for R365 from BT Games, which is just superlative value.

Thanks, did take a look at evopoints but they only had US and UK cards. Will go check out btgames.

You can also just create US or UK accounts on your PS3, load money onto them and then log into them > buy whatever you wanna buy > then log back into your usual account and play what you bought from that point on
