Opinions are like belly buttons: Everyone has one, and no one cares about yours. Yep, if you want to make it in the world of people giving a damn, you need something special in order to stand out. And by special, I mean being downright drunk.
Over in Australia, a land down under which deserves to get smashed on a Friday night judged by the fact that the residents there live in a nightmare fuel country and aren’t that good at cricket anymore, people were asked for their opinions on the Xbox One and the Playstation 4. And the result?
IT’S THE FOURTH PLAYSTATION CONSOLE MATE! Also, both consoles need more Super Nintendo and you can watch porn on them. Hic!

Not hate brother, kinda love you guys actually, rather you leave me feeling bemused! Just looking at announced 1st party exclusives and the innovation Kinect is bringing with it, Xbox One is the clear winner! If Sony doesn’t bring at least 6 or 7 AAA titles to Gamescon and NOT just Indies, they’ll never convince me to buy a PS4. 2nd Son and 1886 are the only two decent looking exclusives so far for PS4. Compare that to Ryse, Quatum Break, Forza 5, Dead Rising 3, Killer instinct, New Halo, Titanfall, Project Spark, Sunset Over Drive (not mentioning D4 & Crimson Dragon cause they’ll probably suck) they are not even close! As a gamer and not a fanboi you cannot seriously tell me those Xbox One exclusives are not Awesome!????

I must disagree about Ryse and KI though, they look bad, and they should feel bad. DR3 isn’t my cup of tea, but I understand the appeal. In that list of X1 exclusives, Quantum Break, and Sunset Overdrive appeal to me. Halo is currently a teaser, and not even close to releasing – but it’s something, nonetheless.
Sony have many, many more games releasing on their system, whether they are cross platform with PC (a la TitanFall), or exclusives, there’s a lot to be excited about. But Sony fans are accustomed to Sony’s first-party studios delivering great games – so it’s a matter of seeing what happens in the coming months. In the long term, the PS4 will have a better catalogue. The PS3 was a nightmare to develop for, and overpriced, but its catalogue is currently better than the 360’s (unless you live and die by shooters alone).
