This is a first, a game that was developed for both platforms is actually better on the PS3.Â
The PlayStation 3 version is the one to go with if you have the choice. It’s a good game with fewer issues than the 360. Xbox 360 owners should just stick with Tiger Woods 07
Is this a sign of change? Have the developers finally gotten to grips with the PS3 and we are about to see how well it really works…
I would love to say yes, but unfortunately no… Tiger Woods 2008 received an uninspiring 7/10 for the PS3 version. The game is terribly buggy, many features don’t work and it doesn’t play as well as Tiger Woods 07… All in all it’s a terrible game…
But at least the PS3 fans have something to point at now when they are told all the games are better on the 360…

You’ve gotta love news like this. Week we hear that EA said that they are concentrating more on the 360. This week we hear that the game that looks better on the 360 is an EA game.
Oblivion is also better on the PS3. (yeah i know, doesn’t really count because they had a year after release to do it right, but still it’s Oblivion!)

Actually Oblivion with the new update on the Xbox looks relatively the same, you would probably only really notice it on 40″ TV’s or so 😀 but it’s nothing spectacular to write home about. Also finally a game that does look better on the PS3.
