The advert above was found in a mens magazine in the UK, apparently the character above is named Vicky Blows. You couldn’t make this stuff up.
So honestly now where is the line between advertising and blatantly lying. Vicky is not in DMC4 anywhere, instead you are going to find two effeminate males battling it out against a bunch of monsters.
How long do you think these guys are going to battle through DMC4 before realising they have been duped.
Not that I mind this character being put into DMC5 mind you…. It would help with sales, of that I am sure.

I have to disagree with your artical.Coz it is a mens mag(FRONT), they will primarily use a babe in the DMC4 add, to boost sales.Men obviously respond better to a scantily clad chick then a dude with guns.It immediately attracts the attention from a marketing standpoint, where the target is males in general.Maybe they did not intend on letting you think that you can play with Vicky, but just to attract attention to the add!?

You’re kidding right? No question that it will boost sales and attract more men but what is the moral value of this? It’s like advertising an Xbox360 with a blu-ray disk, it will attract constomers but it is false advertising.

@Zyon, I understand they are attempting to boost sales but in this regard I think they have just overstepped the mark.
They are clearly depicting the women as a character in the game. It couldn’t really be taken in any other way.
