Wanted: Weapons of Fate… I didn’t see this game coming

I haven’t seen much about this game, actually that’s a lie… the only thing I have heard about this game is that the cover mechanic is apparently going to leave the Gears version in it’s wake.

Well the game has now been reviewed by Gametrailers and it does look like it’s another waste of a huge advertising budget.

Basically it’s a mediocre game that isn’t going to set anything alight, however whilst watching that review I couldn’t help but think about one of my favourite titles of all time, Stranglehold.

It seems to have the same fun factor and the bullet time and curved bullet manoeuvres really do interest me… It may not have gotten the best of reviews but I am going to be keeping an eye out for this one in my local games store.

Will still be checking this one out and yes, I thought
“Strangelhold” too, when I saw it for the first time.

But first things first. This weekend it’s “Wheelman”!
It’s being released on Friday, right?

Played the demo for Wanted, as it is good fun.

    The cover system is awesome.

I don’t know what the problem is. A game doesn’t need to score 9 or higher for it to be a ‘good’ game. This got a 7.2 from GT and to me that means it’s good, not great, but good. Also I play games to have fun and I think this is gonna be awesome fun. PLus I love the source material. 😉

Cool, I like me a good cover system. I haven’t paid much attention to this game, but now that it’s here I’ll give it a go.
