We have heard the rumour about the Xbox 360 arcade for a while now but Microsoft has yet to confirm it. However I think the image above is a bit of a smoking gun. This was pictured in a Target store in Haverhill MA (USA).
The price tag is $279.99 and it comes with 5 arcade games bundled with it. Boom-Boom Rocket, Uno, Feeding Frenzy, Luxor 2 and Pac-Man.
I still think this is a good move by Microsoft but I think they should possibly confirm this now?

The Arcade version has still not officially confirmed 😉
It’s just the Core package with a wireless controller and free games, marketing really.
