So I have already posted about IGN giving Killzone 2 a 9.0 or 9.4 depending no which hemisphere you live in and now it’s Eurogamers turn.
As you know I have always liked Eurogamers reviews and opinions so this was the one I have been waiting for. Reading through the review and I instantly get the feeling that they were not as impressed with Killzone 2 as IGN were.
They state that it doesn’t bring anything new to the genre and rather has spent its energy perfecting an existing genre instead of creating something new.
However as the review carries on you get the impression that the game grew on them and when they finally finish they do reward the game with a very good 9/10.

Resistance 2 also had good reviews but sales weren’t too good , lets hope it looks better for Killzone 2 , otherwise i can only think that most people did buy it only for blu-ray.

R800 does sound pretty steep for the everyday gamer anyways
