The Xbox 360 version has been in development for 6 months longer than the PS3 version but it is hard to tell really. The biggest difference between the two is that the Xbox 360 version has online multiplayer, which is expected for all Xbox 360 games that can now.
My wife has always been a fan of fighting games and when I showed her the video the first thing she said was
Wow the Xbox version looks better, the colours are just clearer and you can see more detail
So there you have it, the definitive answer to which one is better 🙂

yeah it has been out on the PS3 since launch, but it’s new for the Xbox 360.
I think it is interesting to see how games port the other way since so many games were ported to the PS3
