Imaginatively named Ghostrunner 2, it sounds like you’ll be doing all the familiar wall runs and jumps but with more stuff this time!
Not bad for the little 2D game that started off as a blatant clone of Minecraft.
Developer ArtPlay confirmed that despite the game reaching the $5 million stretch goal, the rougelike mode for the game has been binned.
It’s hard for me to state just how excited I was for Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. The sprawling, explorative Castlevania games are some of my favourites, and the idea of a new game from Koji Igarashi tickled me. And then the game came out, and by all reports, it was pretty damned good! I grabbed the Switch version, because it seems a perfect platform this sort of game – and was slapped in the face with one of the most disappointing ports I’ve played. On the Switch, Bloodstained not only looks bad, it plays worse – with constant frame rate drops, weird input latency and frequent crashes.

If you happen to be a dab hand at Destiny, then Remedy Entertainment might just want you for the job. That’s according to a new job listing that the Max Payne and Alan Wake developer posted, which asks for developers who are familiar with the gaming mechanics of online worlds and systems.
Good thing that Remedy Entertainment has some cash to flash, as a new deal with Sniper Elite publisher 505 Games has resulted in a $8.46 million injection for their next project, codenamed P7.
