Holy bombshell departures Batman, I did not see this happening! With its first season done and dusted, CW’s Batwoman series has been a smash hit for the network and will definitely be back once life resumes at a more normal pace. The only problem? Batwoman herself, won’t be suiting up again as star Ruby Rose has announced that she’ll be vacating the cape and cowl.
Stargirl is one of those more obscure characters who has only appeared on-screen briefly in Smallville and more recently in Legends of Tomorrow, from where she's now branching out to get a series of her own. The series will follow the high school student Courtney Whitmore (played by Brec Bassinger) as she discovers the Cosmic Staff that transforms her into Stargirl.
The annual Arrowverse crossover is shaping up to be even bigger and more surprising than fans could ever have anticipated, including some unexpectedly familiar faces.
