It's been 16 years since we last saw the most shagadelic British secret agent ever on our screen, but star Mike Myers is finally saying "Yeah, baby! Yeah!" to a fourth Austin Powers film, and already has a unique hook for the story as he wants it to focus on Dr Evil!
