Holy hell, that was a terrible headline. Sorry. Anyway! You’ve already heard me wax lyrical about Batman today. But a Bat-themed vigilante is only as good as his rogues gallery, and one specific foe in particular has vexed the caped crusader more than most.
I am of course, talking about the Catwoman. Street-smart and packing some claws in those thieving paws, Selina Kyle has always been a fan-favourite character.
My favourite incarnation of course, being Michelle Pfeiffer’s Catwoman from Batman Returns. A psychopathic force of chaos with nine lives and with about as much common sense as a suicidal gerbil. She’ll be getting the maquette treatment, which captures all of her tight leather curves in one package:
- Product Size – 17″ H (431.8mm)
- Product Weight – 7.00 lbs (3.18 kg)
This Catwoman will set you back $259 when she ships early next year. If you’re not looking for a classic approach to having Selina Kyle on your shelf, there’s also this outrageous version of the cat burglar from Square Enix’s Play Arts Kai collection, designed by Tetsuya Nomura:
- Armored Suit
- Long tail that can be used as whip
- Detailed costume
- Translucent visor
- Semi-transparent panels of costume
- Articulated hair
- Extended claws
- Figure display stand
- Interchangeable hands
- Gun
This feline will cost you $149.99 when she ships from the end of the year. Pretty snazzy. She looks like she can give the Arkham Knight a run for his money.

That Michelle Pfeiffer statue is uncanny – brilliant likeness! Also reminds me that I really need to watch that movie again – so good!

This just remind me how terrible Catwoman in TDKR was compared to every other one before it.
