In an absolutely scathing judgement, an arbitrator has found that 21st Century Fox and its senior executives explicitly violated a profit-sharing agreement centered on its hit series, Bones. The judgement could also have wide-reaching implications for the entertainment industry and its increasing number of associated streaming services.
