The mood in the office today is really down, thanks to the Exclus1ves game sale that went on today.

Basically, anyone who registered within the +/- 2 hour time frame could get games like Fable III, Super Scribblenauts, Dead Rising 2 and Medal of Honor for only R50 each. Problem was that the email validation system that the site uses was giving us errors over and over again. As you can probably guess, once the validation finally went through, all of the games were back up to normal price again. So emo right now. It will be happening again in future though and we will try and get a post up ASAP so that you can all get in on the deals.

On a side note, you have Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit to thank for the header image. I was showing the game to my brother this afternoon and it made me think of The Fast and the Furious, which made me think of Jordana Brewster and I happen to be the guy putting the ION together today.

Here’s the news we didn’t post because we were putting on black eyeliner and ordering razor blades online, although Jordana did make us feel a lot better.

  1. For that sale, I didn’t wait for my verification to come through. I ordered the stock, then created an account, then paid, and I only got my verification a couple hours later, but got me email confirmation and everything sorted.

I ordered many copies of Fable 3 😀

ditto, I went ahead with the order, even though i didn’t validate my email.

anyway, my MOH and Fable 3 are on its way.

    and the header girl:
like the sentences you souties learned in basic Afrikaans class, “Die skone jong dame, die maak my oral jags.”

I managed to get Dead Rising 2, and only did the email verification after I had ordered and paid for the game. Once the account was created, I wanted to get Fable 3 as well, but by then it was too late. The sale was over. 🙁

Thank you Ndibu, because at this rate GT5 won’t beat Forza3 in Metascores, but the GT5 fanatics will never accept it they just change the measuring stick!

I can’t wait until they start singing teh salez even after calling Halo players sheep for buying Reach just cause it is a Halo game(91metacritic by the way)
I do love it when humble pie goes around, we saw it in the Kinect articles and now it is being served thick with Gran Turismo 5(out of 10)

Not too scared at all. Just tired of your childish fanboy trolling. All the reviews so far (except the scandanavian one which I don’t understand  ) states that the physics and driving experience is the best of any driving game.

While you keep on trolling here I’ll be playing my GT5 tonight 😉

Please Ndibu, take a screenie of your comments and then in a few years when your out of school, take a look at them see how idiotic you were.

I prefer to play games over platforms anyday 🙂

And that thing with my name, lol and I thought I was immature.
Hey Syth, enjoy your game, I truly mean that. I’ll enjoy not hearing how gt5 is the be all and end all of all gaming this generation, the last couple of YEARS have been insufferable. Oh and 92>86

Do you think anybody else likes listening to you going on like a broken recod player about how bad GT is and how good Forza is? Hypocrite :ninja:

If I had more time and money, I’d love to play Forza 3. If I can only choose 1 (which I did) it would be the GT series because of my deep love for cars in general.

Lol lol lol…so it begins. What do the sales matter to you? You aren’t getting a cut and we both know gt5 and Forza 3 will both get sequels so you can’t use the support = more sequels arguement.
It is a huge cop out. I don’t want to speak for him but i think that Aussious likes my broken record. Lol.
