Sometimes, you just need a good ol’ simple movie to sit down with, one that isn’t about special effects and is more about getting a story set up and told. That’s where Paddy Considine’s next movie comes in, as he plays a hitman out to kill a young muslim woman, as her boyfriend happens to be so ill-matched towards her family, that they have no choice but to kill her.
Yep, you read that right. It’s all her fault.
A British Asian family conspire to hire a Bounty Hunter to hunt down and kill their runaway daughter.
Honour looks pretty slick, intense and tightly focused. The film also stars Aiysha Hart and Nikesh Patel, with Shan Khan directing. It’s out in the UK in April, before it hits DVD.
