John Wick 2 (1)

John Wick came out of nowhere. Like the boogeyman of the underworld himself, the Keanu Reeves-starring flick was a buffet of non-stop action and a solid lesson as to why you should never ever piss off a former legendary assassin by killing his puppy. And stealing his kickass car. It’s the kind of movie that seemed alright. An action-romp starring Willem Dafoe, John Leguizamo and Ian McShane in supporting roles.

Pretty much standard action movie stuff, right? WRONG. There aren’t enough words in any language to explain just how massively satisfying the free-flowing action was in John Wick, as the lead character employed an unheard of technique when it came to dispatching Russian Mafia goons by the truckloads: Aiming for the head.

Combined with some of the tightest action choreography around, a subtle nod to world-building and a decent sub-plot involving a cabal of associated assassins, and you had one of the best films of 2014 that flew under the radar of many people. Even though it had an ambiguous ending, people wanted more. And that’s just what they;re getting, as something Wicked comes this way again. Especially now that the plot for the John Wick sequel has been revealed:

John-Wick-2-(2)

Keanu Reeves returns in the sequel to the 2014 hit as legendary hitman John Wick who is forced to back out of retirement by a former associate plotting to seize control of a shadowy international assassins’ guild. Bound by a blood oath to help him, John travels to Rome where he squares off against some of the world’s deadliest killers.

Look, I’m just happy that I don’t have to see a puppy bludgeoned to death again. That’s heart-breaking stuff. John Wick: Chapter 2 won;t be out anytime soon however. You’re going to have to wait until February 10 in 2017 before you see Reeves lock and reload in the Chad Stalheski directed follow-up.

This makes me happy. Was a really good action movie and the only terrible part was with the puppy.

On that note. Kill one of my dogs like that and you will see my inner John Wick come out in full force and I am not even a retired assassin!

Me and Bobb had a truckload of fun. SUPER cautious at first, we were VERY paranoid, cover to cover, suspecting EVERYONE we saw as a rogue agent, got into the schwing of things after the third extraction, fought some rogue agents, got a kill to my name, got decent loot.

Overall a truly flippen awesome experience

It is hey!! That Dark Zone…I enjoy that side of the game thoroughly, the first time I went in there, I ended up with a group of French guys who were rather frustrated by a bunch of rogues, I accidentally shot one of them, to which they replied, “Eh, it’s ok, eh, we will eh, not kill you”, to which we learned that we weren’t very good at dodging bullets down a stairway to the subway, we respawned and I pitched up there again all by my lonesome hoping that I’d at least be able to exert some vengeance on one of the rogues, which I did, not realising that there were three more of them in the subway and running low on ammo, I decided to bolt out of there, to which I ran into a horde of guys all coming toward me, with one of the French dudes screaming over his mic “Alo man, we heff come to help you!!” needless to say, it was awesome!

            LOOOOL nice.

The funny thing is that once you see another lone agent, both of us point our guns at him/her, then lower the weapon, and if he/she lowers the weapon, we feel a little safer

HAHAHA!!! That’s exactly what I do too! It’s great fun, I really enjoy the game, those moments of tension are what highlights it even more, but wait until you get some really good loot, I once had a gold item stolen from me, needless to say another mob helped me retrieve it…

French can’t win a fight on their own. They always rely on overseas people to save them

Seems like that is the general thing that happens in DZ. I go to DZ03 on my first trip there… I get gunned down. Go to DZ01 on my second because I was scared, got gunned down by an amazing hackeroo.
