Marvel begs George Lucas to release Howard the Duck on Blu-Ray

1 min read

We love superhero films over here. There’s so many good ones, such as X-Men First Class, Hellboy and Batman. But for every Dark Knight that hits the screen, there’s also a few duds that follow in its wake.

One such classic bomb, was Howard the Duck, released in 1986 and produced by George Lucas. The film was a box office disaster, and almost took Lucas down with it. So naturally, he buried deep in that Indiana Jones vault.

Except Marvel Comics, wants to once again celebrate the film, with a Blu-Ray release. Take it away Howard!

That should please the tens of Howard fans out there.
